Paying your teenage nephews $20 to deliver these

Rachel Drori started making smoothies on weekends in a commercial kitchen in Queens and paid her teenage nephews $20 a night to deliver them in Manhattan. Pregnant then with her first child, she pledged that she would not quit her day job until orders from strangers outnumbered those from family and friends five-to-one. She reached that ratio in two months. Having started in 2015 with $25,000 from her own savings, by 2022 she owned an estimated 35% stake in the Daily Harvest meal delivery service. By age 39 she was worth an estimated $350 million. (No word on the estimated worth of the nephews.)
